Here at Opticalvalue.com we work very hard to ensure that the eyeglasses we make for you are 100% accurate to your prescription. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your new eyeglasses, simply return them in their original condition for a full refund, replacement or exchange in accordance with our return and refund policies listed below.
If the cancellation is before your product is shipped:
Please inform the Opticalvalue.com customer service team as soon as possible and we shall process the refund.
However, if the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Care and inform them of the same.
If you've received the product and want to return it, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your shipment- you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
If you think that you have received the wrong frame or package, please call within 7 days of receiving your new eyeglasses. You will need to provide us with your details i.e order number, your name, shipping address, and the specific problems with your order
If in case the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage, you are requested to contact our customer Care as soon as possible at customercare@Opticalvalue.com or +91-9773810100.
To meet the cancellation deadline, timely mailing of the written cancellation or return of shipment shall suffice.
Customized lenses fitted in frame will not be taken back.
The refund will be limited to the basic cost of the original order. We reserve the right to charge for any optional extras selected by you. The cost of the carriage and insurance is non-refundable. You must return the goods to us at your cost unless the good are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect goods. In which case we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.
The product if delivered shall be liable to return only if it is returned with the original sealed box, instruction papers, warranty and other accessories if any.
We are permitted and retain the right to make mistakes, such as typing errors, technical or colour deviations, or price modifications, despite our greatest care not to do so.
For your protection, we suggest you return the product in a traceable manner. Make sure that the item is packaged in the same way you received it.
Exchange and Return Policy for opened lenses (boxes or singularly) will not be entertained.
